The best of public accounting. Pointguard offers traditional CPA services but specializes in Outsourced CFO Services. Staff from entry level to owner work on privately held businesses as an advisor utilizing our proprietary system for financial management. It is a challenging but fulfilling role where you make a direct impact on the results of the companies we serve. You get exposure to multiple industries of varying size keeping it fresh each month. Responsibilities are earned but given with performance. Hours expectations are reasonable and within industry standards with no overnight travel. The owner has high standards but is actively supportive in helping meet them. The firm has atmosphere of teamwork with each staff supporting one another. Pay is above industry for Spokane with bonus and commissions paid on sold clients. I feel like I am at home when I walk in the door each day for work.
