Pros
- Incredibly strong culture that has resulted in a close-knit team. The cultural foundation that we built has helped us to transition to, and even thrive as, a mostly remote team (during COVID). - Management does a great job recognizing each employee's strengths, even if those strengths fall outside of the role that they were hired to perform. As a result, employees have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow into new roles, and use their strengths to contribute in a fulfilling way to the success of the team. - Strong interview process that allows candidate & team to really get to know each other.
Cons
- The typical growing pains that come with a small team (i.e. wearing many different hats, sometimes to the point that it's difficult to focus on your core responsibilities) - Sometimes management is not on the same page, or items get lost in translation from one manager to another
