High turnover rate - Lending Support Specialist Point West Credit Union Employee Review

Everyone supports each other. Management team is positive and open to talk.

Not really a con but lacks a bit of latest tech.

The atmosphere/environment was great. Everything felt very cooperative and supportive. There was a strong sense of unity and you were still allowed to be yourself. It appeared that all of the employees enjoyed each other and having fun was encouraged. Point West takes good care of their employees.

My one and only con was my rate of pay and the length of time it would take for it to significantly increase or for me to advance to another position.
