Pros

Always got paid on time and It was a good stepping stone.

Cons

The pay for this company was terrible. The owner has a huge superior complex. Constantly acted inappropriate with HR staff or any female for that matter. The owner only wanted employees whom he could exploit their weakness for a monetary benefit. Almost everyone that worked there was in either a position where they couldn't relocate (Shared Custody) or bad credit, something of that nature. This allowed him to have leverage over you and to keep you from asking for a raise. This company was not hurting for money at all. Keeps several govt contacts and always skimps on providing the best product. Plus the company was known to fluff up the military and civilian units it supported so that it continued to get the contracts. This was the company that would spend thousands of dollars on a pool table and team space that no one used to vs putting that money into any employee. Due to the nature of the work is pretty much the only business doing this work in the area except for its ex-parent company whom they stole most of the ideas from called Zero Point. They regularly break federal laws and risk employee and civilian lives by either moving explosives without permits, proper storage or proper vehicle. They even stored explosives inside its office in a "Home depot Tool Box" because they were kicked off of the Academi Training Facility for its safety violations. So many safety violations are made everyday by this company that I cant believe that no one has been killed. The owner himself stepped on explosives at a range one time that it went off under his foot. He brags about operating everything in a grey area when it comes to rules and regulations.
