We strive for all employees to have a healthy work-life balance by offering unique work schedule flexibility options. Occasionally, we do have time demanding projects which require less than ideal work schedules. We advocate for all employees to come forward in confidence to either upper management or Nextep (our PEO) to express any concerns and/or suggestions.
