      Pros

      Although small, the company is very well thought out and access to top management is very easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Point Global and greatly appreciated the professionalism of the company.

      Pros

      Good for learning and taking in the experience in freight forwarding.

      Cons

      - Not organized in terms of meetings. No inclusion and transparency with teams. - People are very uptight. No genuine connection. - Not enough PTO (accumulated per paycheck until 1 year in the company) - Will listen to employees but will not communicate about it and leaves employees with their own minds and anxiety.
