Literally nothing as even the people who you work with who are lovely, are put into such unsafe situations and treated so badly it just breaks you.

You will be asked to work, beyond your contracted hours for no extra money and not allowed to refuse as it states in your contract you must be available at all times (even when on a pre-approved holiday), it also states if you are contracted (not hourly pay) the company will never provide any overtime worked and for company policy you are unable to take days in lieu. I have worked for numerous hotel chains in my life and PointA has been by FAR the worse company I have ever worked for.
