You're encouraged to take 3 weeks off in a year - Diversity is valued and you feel like a valued employee - You'll get everything you need to succeed here - They do H1B/ OPT sponsorship for international students - Compensation is at market rate - Well funded startup so enough runway, so don't worry about any upcoming recession

Not necessarily a con per se, but with every growing startup comes a lot of responsibility, and sometimes it can get a bit overwhelming to juggle a lot of things, but that's also a great growing opportunity. That said, you can take a day off or take a break for a few hours whenever you need to, it's no biggie.
