There’s currently a pandemic going on yet management, from the top down, doesn’t care. In company wide meetings they talk and act like they care but behind closed doors, they are putting a lot of pressure on sales to be in the office. The commission plan was also slashed and management and pitched it like it’s a great thing. Great leaders and reps have recently left due to a few bad hires at the management level.
