Pros
I have loved working at Podium. The people are so nice and I feel welcomed everywhere. You get breakfast on Mondays, lunch on Wednesdays, and smoothies on Thursdays. We have unlimited PTO, which is so awesome and they gave us the week of the 4th of July off. People will hang out with each other and it's not an environment where you only hang out with co-workers during the work day. The company takes such good care of the employees and I'm always excited to go to work.
Cons
It is a growing company, so some things are still getting smoothed out, but it is so fun to see how the product adapts to the customers' needs.
