Teammates and leadership does promote a culture of helping, fall behind and there is always someone around to help you get caught up again. Teammates are also very kind and willing to help you learn the ropes

Clientele can have very specific needs in terms of where they get booked which can leave you with limited options or frustrating scenarios, I wouldn’t put that on the company though it’s just the nature of the work
