I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been positive, and I truly hope we can work together to turn it around. I wanted to clarify that our merit cycle typically takes place once per year in July, and if you’re bonus eligible, bonuses are typically distributed in March based on both company and individual performance. Regarding flexibility, our company operates on a blended work model. While we have team members working fully remote, a large portion of our workforce follows hybrid schedules, working regularly from one of our offices depending on role and location. For our India-based team members, we’ve implemented a hybrid schedule to foster in-person connections and collaboration. We believe this balance helps build the strong culture we aim for.
