2yThank you for the detailed review. You bring up some valid points and I understand your frustrations. We’ve experienced a lot of change and disruption over the past two years, including the staff reductions you mentioned. However I agree with you that we have the best people to work with across the globe and that hasn’t changed. There were a number of different reasons for these changes, but none of them were due to a Vista requirement. We had to make changes to our leadership, strategy, and products to refocus our efforts in a challenging time for our business and deliver real value to our customers. Under this new leadership, we’ve set a new strategy and org structure to best support it. We understand that we have a lot of re-building to do. Regaining trust and strengthening our culture are top priorities for me.
