Pros
- benefits were once very good, although they have seriously declined since the Vista acquisition - I worked with lots of really awesome people while I was there, though most of them have left now
Cons
- extreme emotional manipulation at the managerial level, often bordering on emotional abuse - extreme manipulation at the org level, claiming to be mission and values-driven when they clearly are not. C-suite does not own up to difficult decisions but always attempts to couch them in excuses or fluff - cult-like attitudes persist in the engineering org, often surrounding one influential person or practice, that can make it impossible to facilitate necessary change or growth
