Pros
Amazing people, amazing product, great customers, family/work balance, fabulous culture, the executive truly care about the employees, very generous, unlimited PTO, generous salary, given all of the tools to succeed, weekly lunches provided, as well as a fully stocked fridges and treat wall, open and encourage new ideas and life-long learning.... I could go on and on....
Cons
We are a growing company, with that comes slight growing pains, but we work through it and just become better and better.
