Pros
Access to good tech; free subscription to the software. They'll try to make you feel really good about being part of the team. You get to play at being a tech big-shot.
Cons
All of the feel-good, team-building stuff is empty posturing and it's really obvious. They put so much focus on making everybody feel good in the moment (hello Mormon niceness) that they forego truly constructive critique and thus they ignore what isn't going so well. I put one star because it honestly felt like a cult of non-performance with a wannabe motivational speaker as the CEO. The 1% initiative is purely a marketing ploy as well and if you haven't drunk the Kool-Aid, it's super obvious. If you have ever had a negative thought about late-stage capitalism in your life, avoid this place.
