8yI’m surprised by what you’ve shared here, and grateful to know how you see things. What you described isn’t what we’re after. While we stay nimble as a business which means we may shift our strategy short term, we’re committed to our meaningful long-term vision, which hasn’t changed. And as you mentioned, we are committed to having a diverse team and an inclusive culture - we’ve made progress (started our Women at Pluralsight group, posted to hire our Head of Diversity & Inclusion, deployed a diversity & inclusion survey for our US team members, recruiting process changes, etc.) and there’s work for us to do and we’re committed to doing it! - Anita
