      It is easy to fool the owner as he hardly has any knowledge about anything.

      Cons

      Bad Timings Same mundane work Poor execution No Money Cheats -- all the reviews claiming plunes to be the best company with 5 star ratings are fake Jealous founder No originality in ideas -- I mean there are 100 other startups for legal and medical consultation, just do a little bit of marker analysis

      Pros

      Absolutely none. If you like sitting idle 4 out of 5 days in the office, then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      So many that I'd run out of word limit. A key area to highlight is zero consideration for employees, basic things like salary are glorified by the management as if they're doing a favour by giving salary to the employees.
