Pros
Great work environment with supportive teammates. I’ve had the chance to work with some really talented people and learn a lot from them. Pay is better than industry standard but variable pay is not guaranteed. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and develop your skills. Good AI intiatives in the company.
Cons
At times, there can be a high volume of escalations, so being proactive about identifying and fixing issues is important. Communication between different geographies could be better. Sometimes important information doesn’t get shared in a timely manner, which can make collaboration more difficult.
