Great company, great pay and benefits

Plexus offers super competitive pay, amazing benefits, great PTO, and good work-life balance. They also have tons of perks like free products and a weekly raffle. I can only speak from my experience, but there seems to be tons of flexibility for career growth at the company. It's a very fun culture in a beautiful office. Everyone I have met is so genuinely kind, and seems to care about their role and the company deeply. I was hesitant to work at an MLM, but it has been a rewarding experience and seeing how much brand ambassadors love the company is definitely a job perk. C-suite is also very personable and transparent, and you can get a decent amount of face time with them.

Things can be disorganized and fast paced. Decisions tend to change often and frantically, which leads to hours of (arguably useless) meetings, and certain departments have trouble keeping leaders. While it can be frustrating, it allows hard workers to stand out in my opinion. Be calm and adaptable, and you'll look good in the chaos. I would say the only other con is the return to office. I firmly believe a hybrid schedule allows more productivity (especially with the amount of meetings we have), but I appreciate C-suite's transparency in the decision.
