Pros
The company has excellent people within it. Being a smaller company, strong relationships are developed no matter your seniority.
Cons
Many functions/ departments of the company are a mess at one point or another throughout the year. Fast growth is possible, but tough as open roles only appear sporadically. Given the size of the company, there is a severe lack of planning next steps in one’s career.
