Pros
Good company office perks (free food, game room, golf simulator), but as a remote employee and especially with the pandemic, this didn’t translate. Unlimited PTO was nice.
Cons
Lack of empowerment, transparency and heavy micromanagement from C-level down. Just a cog on the wheel. 401k match is weak ($2,000 yearly max). Work life balance with company expectations were non-existent and I can’t imagine it being any better for those left after the Dec 2020 layoffs due to pandemic and company performance.
