      The other dealers are pretty easy going, pay is decent including tips, you do not work face-to-face with players.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises, surprises with not receiving tip checks, no open door policy, manager seems careless of employees.

      Equipment is faulty which results in mistakes which hinder bonus eligibility. Constantly short staffed.
