      As a growing company, you are able to be part of establishing new process and procedures. They truly make space for each employee to share their ideas. There are opportunities for quick advancement if you are open to learning the entire business.

      Cons

      Stability is hard to come by. Things are constantly changing.

      Pros

      -decent benefits -good growth opportunities (but be ready to work) -lots of cool people to connect with -company is growing a lot and becoming more recognized

      Cons

      -leadership and direction are messy as the company has been prioritizing growth over improving the current divisions/teams -unfortunately the sports properties division is very misogynistic -company has been losing a lot of good people over the last few years and a lot of those losses were avoidable
