Pros
Well the reasons are obvious since its fun and quite a relief to be in a relatively open environment.
Cons
There is a surprising amount of churn and it is a politically charged environment. HR is ridiculously conservative and scared of anything that might be deemed questionable or out of bounds. Moreover, the company really suffers from a dual identity: they consider themselves to be a lifestyle brand and not pornographers, although a sizable amount of their online revenue is derived from reality porn and hardcore subscription video sites and partnerships with a major online adult player. very confused really. one gets the distinct feeling that the ship is sinking and there is a limited amount of time left to capitalize on the brand equity that was built up in the baby boom generation. all that will be left one day is probably a licensing division, the rest will go under eventually.
