Every employee has the ability to make difference. Loyalty is rewarded and hard work acknowledged. Every employee has access to the executives of the company. The executives work with employees to make sure they are in the right job and do not just let them go. Some example include Help Desk moving to Sales Demo, Help Desk moving to Quality Assurance and Sales moving to Lead Trainer.
Cons
This is a driven company and not for the weak at heart after all it is not in business to employ people; it is in business to make money, which requires employing people. The executives expect employees to produce and do not accept "I worked from home" without proof; like a recent Multimedia designer did when he had his wife call in sick for him one day and then claimed to have "worked from home" with nothing produced.
