- Most of the people are genuinely nice, good people - They've raised plenty of money
Cons
- Turnover is super high and a ton of strong employees leave the company for new opportunities (usually before their one year mark). Alarmingly, lots of employees have quit without a new job lined up - they just wanted out - Senior Leadership has a very "with us or against us mentality" and doesn't listen to employees. General hostility to feedback and usually explain away problems rather than looking for difficult truths or solutions - Constantly changing goals and initiatives make it difficult to maintain any sort of alignment and leave teams constantly scrambling, hurting relationships internally and with external partners - CEO seems to care more about his personal lifestyle and network than company and high attrition - has made no effort to understand or fix root causes
