Pros
Good opportunity for learning, especially early in the career. It helps you understand how the business operates in practice and how projects are delivered end-to-end. The remote work model is also a positive point, offering flexibility and autonomy.
Cons
I worked at this company and found the environment to be extremely disorganized. There was a lack of effective leadership, particularly at the senior level. Responsibilities such as reviewing work and providing guidance were often neglected, which led to problems surfacing only when pressure increased.
When issues eventually appeared, accountability was not handled fairly. Instead of addressing gaps earlier through proper reviews and support, blame was shifted downward. This created an unhealthy dynamic and a lack of trust within the team.
Overall, the company lacked professionalism in how employees were treated. There was constant pressure, excessive micromanagement, and unclear processes. Additionally, client demands often dictated internal workflows without the company demonstrating strong ownership or technical authority.
The work environment felt toxic and stressful. After leaving, I was able to find a role with significantly better compensation, respect, work-life balance, and overall peace of mind.
