Pros
Cool platform, most of the mentors seem to be genuinely invested. The engineering/product team is great about implementing new features and product improvements. They take customer feedback seriously. All positions are fully remote.
Cons
Zero performance feedback for employees, maybe you’ll get fired or demoted for not meeting an expectation that was never actually defined…or maybe if you play your cards right, you’ll get a promotion without having any actual skill set or leadership abilities. Who knows. It’s a total joke. Decisions reek of personal bias, and they like to hire friends over qualified candidates. There’s no professionalism, they claim transparency but it’s very heavily filtered, one-sided transparency so, take everything with a grain of salt. The pay is WAY below industry standard and they usually try to hire people as contractors so you won’t have benefits.
