Physically difficult work. It takes a while to get used to cutting. A lot of turnover because the work is too hard for lots of people.

Favoritism, dirty politics, unqualified production supervisors, illegal aliens, unsafe work place, fumes, dust, oil and plastic waste all over the place, inadequate parking, high turn over, a new Vice President of Operations every year, lots of egos and neurotic behavior, on the job bullying, drug abuse, lack of discipline and no room for growth.
