Toxic and dysfunctional environment! - Anonymous employee Plastic Process Equipment Employee Review

Management does not value employees, pitting employees against each other and ignoring major issues creates a toxic atmosphere. No PTO, one week vacation after 18 months and have to take it all at once, extremely high turn over, employees are treated like children by owners, absolutely no talking allowed (not even "how was your weekend"), instead of team building and creating camaraderie between employees they do the exact opposite, they micromanage instead of just trusting their employees to do their jobs. No HR Dept. and no Office Manager so if you are not part of the sales team good luck because the only people to go to are the owners and it will fall on deaf ears or you will just hear excuses. Very unprofessional.
