Helping people, being there for patients in hard times, having the answers to difficult questions, great work and clinical environment, people who really care and are on the ball, safety features for the patients, good pay, good experiences
Cons
Its an anxiety filled place to work, working with these doctors could be tough, haters from the community and in relation to the patients, we got threats a lot, protesters were always outside saying hateful things
