      Pros

      They sponsored my work visa, handled my relocation to New Zealand, and you remain on full pay even when you’re in the hub or not yet deployed to a client.

      Cons

      The main downside is the pay, which is lower than other companies, and the promotion process can be slow—some deserving colleagues have been waiting years.
