      Pros

      They hire everyone, doesn't matter what you did beforehand.

      Cons

      They do everything possible to save money on you. They will take money out of your wage without you knowing. Your wage increase after 1 year is 5% on your gross wage. This is far from industry standard.

      Pros

      - Tries to find a company matching your requirements and leases you to them for a period of 2-3 years - Gives some support on startup - Provides some training on soft skills - Networking opportunities with other starters - They challenge you to think about the future

      Cons

      - Lack of Technical support for starters in IT - This company is good to help you get started, but only for a few months - It's often better try and find a company that matches you yourself - It's similar to a consulting company but with less support from your colleagues (since there's no seniors) - The support you get doesn't equal the amount of money they take of the wage
