Cons
While there is a vision for the company's future, this vision is inconsistent with no real plan to achieve it. The sales team is very ineffective in generating new revenue, and they consistently create asks that are unsustainable for multiple departments of the company. Upper management offers little and throws employees under the bus.
The company is small (<50 employees) with very little opportunity for career development and internal promotion. Nepotism and favoritism exist through many levels of the organization. This impacts company culture negatively and allows many senior level people to be unprofessional to their reports.
