      Heavy focus on sales with our new CEO! The eyes are on the prize to bring in new business and keep propelling us into the market.

      Cons

      Heavy focus on sales, but not on operations. Sure we can bring in new business, but we also need to work on retention strategies.

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
