Pros

-Rapidly growing, which means there is a lot of opportunity for advancement -Work hard, play hard environment -Great coworkers -Leadership listens and cares about their employees -Flexibility to balance work and home life, leadership cares more about getting your work done than the specifics of how you accomplish that

Cons

-Fast growth means not everyone can keep up -PlanSource is always changing to stay on top of the market and change can be difficult for some -If you are not adaptable and don't know how to manage yourself, then do not work here

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

Remote or Hybrid work schedule, if you live outside of the city limits. Unlimited PTO policy, but is PTO ever unlimited.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement, if you’re not connected. Most of middle management and above are not POC. All the strong POC leaders were here today, gone the next day! The staff is overworked and underpaid. Only way to receive a higher salary is to resign and reapply. I survived a few CEOs, and once this last one came in all the tenured staff were being let go. Normal, if a new Executive comes in but there people were 15+ years in. This new PlanSource does not seem as if it cares much for their employees. Most of the workload is being outsourced to India. I’ve seen good, hardworking dedicate people get axed during my time! Not sure they’re invested in retaining good talent! Definitely a swim or sink culture, You will not get much help with learning the Benefits Admin system. It’s sort of a self-guided dive in approach.
