Pros
There were some really lovely individuals, who I made good friends with who were so kind and supportive.
Cons
If you are even slightly creative, unique or gentle as a person, do not work here. I was constantly told that it was 'normal' in the industry for 'lower level' employees to essentially be bullied and required to just deal with it because 'that's how it was'. No training at all, though immediately required to know every system perfectly. Constantly screamed at for having to take my time on contracts and belittled for not knowing the process immediately after being handed a booklet for me to learn from. Lots of cliques, the head agent there was a nightmare, and would often give staff members they didn't like the silent treatment for weeks on end or intentionally call you stupid, when often it was a mistake of theirs. I got the understanding it wasn't every office that was like this, though it seemed common enough. Expected to give your life for the role, even as a lower level employee.
