Pros

You used to be able to make friends there. It was really friendly, not much pressure and employees were paid fairly for their work.

Cons

They charge $2,50 per delivery and give NONE of that to the driver. The company has done nothing to make customers aware of the fact that drivers don't receive that charge. Drivers now make $4.35 an hour while dispatched on a delivery, and once they are cashed in, they are back on at $7.35. You cannot earn any more than 1 weeks vacation. No paid sick or personal days. There have been no raises in over a year. The management gets very cliquey and watches out for each other. Once you are out of the circle, you can expect to be unemployed soon. No benefits, no bonuses or awards. TONS of micromanaging and high school behavior.

Pros

I liked the people I worked with, Pay was a little above minimum wage plus tips,

Cons

Schedule flip flopped between working 13 days a row to working three days a week within a month, the customers were rude, it felt like with the number of people we were allowed to have working based on the budge from the higher ups we were never properly prepared.
