      Flexible working hours, decent compensation, growth opportunity, skills transferrable to many other fields, stock grants and YUM stock is doing well.

      Cons

      Long hours and work place can get hot at times, weekends are the busiest time so you do end up working many weekends.

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
