Pros
As a day driver it was chill, I am a busy person so I would do everything bc I can't just not. So the ability to stay busy was great, most of the people were nice enough. I could put my phone on a show or music and get my prep done just listening. Freedom bc of own car when driving.
Cons
Bad management, didn't look out for employees. Management training is a really bad joke. 7.25 in store 5.35 on the road and about 0 to 3 dollars being your average tip. People use this as a 2nd job and call out a lot!!! At one point we had 2 drivers for awhile and u would think that makes better money but its worse bc everything is always late and the computer tells people 30 min.
