They are flexible with schedules, you meet a lot of different people.
Cons
High employee turnover, cooks are the only employees that do not receive tips. The pay is horrible for the amount of work a cook does, and its rare to get out of the building at the end of your scheduled shift. A cook is always in the building so they are expected to pick up the slack of others not to mention the cooks are held accountable for far more than any other employee. If management doesn't pull their weight its the team members that suffer and are at the bad end of the attitude stick. I do not recommend this job unless there is no other jobs....I have been with the company over a year and am counting the days until I can leave.....It cant be soon enough!
