Pros
Pay is minimum wage plus tips (if you are a driver)... Something you do not see at other Pizza chains. Alone time in the car is nice (if you are a driver). If you work in the store there are others to talk to. If you ask for time off a week in advance, it is typically granted but somewhat begrudgingly.
Cons
The schedule is useless. The store is slippery being that the floor is covered in grease most of the time (and water) If you are a driver expect your insurance to rise ALOT. Overworked and under-payed.
