Pros
free meals at all company locations. fast paced and fun people from all walks of life. Super loyal customers.
Cons
quality of life is not a priority. not given enough labor budget to staff and give the service that the guests deserve. there is always talk of how to wow the guest but the reality is you aren't given the staff to make this a reality. assistants have to work whenever the gm doesn't want to and that can be discouraging as you miss out on happenings in your persoanl life.
