Pros
A decent place to grow, learn, explore and build character.... as long as you take the initiative and ownership of things, be independent, manage up, and not point fingers as no one is perfect in managing employees of various personalities and traits. Challenging place to be- forces you to be more than just a go-getter, but a go-doer too. Epic office location, despite having an empty pantry, there's tonnes of food available, everywhere at any time.
Cons
A little bit on a back-dated end in terms of operations.
We aspire to be consultants, but we still seem to be selling for the sake of selling.
Nice office to work at, but parking is excruciatingly expensive, but that's fine there's a train, and it's a 10 minute walk.
Grab/Uber drivers don't know how to get here.
Processes here are vague.
Not a company with the best-top-of-the-world sorta benefits
Company needs a bit of self-awareness too in the market - we're not the best in MY/SG, we need to stop pretending to be, relook our current USPs, have a revamp and put ourselves out there more.
Not exactly as "family"-oriented as we like to see ourselves.
