Pros

1. Good work environment, company culture and supportive people. 2. Competitive compensation 3. Work life balance is good. 4. Good opportunity for technical growth and a good exposure.

Cons

Company doesn't have policy documents in place. I didn't have any issue because of this but would have preferred to have the documents. Marginally less number of leaves compared to other companies. On the plus side, I am happy with my leave approvals. Sometimes the interaction with US counterpart gets delayed in the night.

Pros

The work culture here is truly commendable, striking the perfect balance between work and life, with a strong focus on employee well-being. The quality of work is consistently top-notch, reflecting their commitment to excellence. Colleagues are incredibly supportive, making the transition seamless for newcomers. This employee-centric environment is a rarity and a breath of fresh air. I feel privileged to be part of a team that values both professional and personal growth. If you're seeking a workplace that embodies positivity, collaboration, and high standards, I wholeheartedly recommend joining us.

Cons

The learning curve here is notably steep, requiring individuals to quickly map out their learning journey and adapt to rapid learning processes.

Pros

Pixcellence has been very supportive with its employees in terms of work flexibility, esp during this pandemic. Inspite of difficult times, the company made sure that we all get our due hikes and performance incentives, where other companies were giving pink slips and had paycuts. The work and workplace too is great.

Cons

Inspite of being making end to end products with more than 60+ patents and working with market leaders, the company has been in low profile in terms of media presence.
