Opportunity to learn a lot

Poor Management, it could be better

Learning opportunities, good projects, good computers & analysis programs, office location, other engineers are friendly and helpful

Very cheap 401k (1%!), owner is moody and many times angry, incompetent wife is in the office every day, do not expect raise (even cost of living) or bonus, long hours - 8 billable hours each day required - if you work here you will learn not to think of a future with this company.
