Pros
Very flexible with your personal life and willing to work out schedule conflicts. Willing to let you grow and increase your skills. Very friendly positive atmosphere. I felt like every employee had a voice there. I would absolutely recommend this employer to someone who is willing to work hard and wants to gain new skills on a professional level.
Cons
- No matching options for 401k although they offer alternative stock options. - If you work for one of their child or sister companies (as I have), it can be confusing because of different policies and procedures. - It seemed like the path to a promotion was not very clear.
