I joined Pitch121 initially as an intern after being rejected for a full-time position, and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of the team. The management and colleagues are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about each other's success. Team spirit is phenomenal here. We all understand when it's time to buckle down and work hard, but we also know how to have fun and enjoy our time together. The hybrid work model is fantastic because it provides the flexibility to balance work and personal life effectively, ensuring we meet our responsibilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We trust each other to get the job done, and that trust is well-placed. The management is responsive and efficient. Whenever there's an urgent matter, they're on it right away, cutting through the noise to address the issue. Meetings are productive and often enjoyable. We do have some fun activities, but they help in building a stronger team bond and make the workplace enjoyable. The CEOs are very much in touch with the daily operations. They consult with us regularly and are very approachable. They care deeply about the company and our well-being. Instead of pointing fingers, they work with us to solve problems and are always open to feedback.

Like any workplace, it has its challenges, but they are far outweighed by the positives. We are missing a popcorn machine over here and some lazy bags maybe.

You are compensated very well, you receive a lot more leave than other companies I know, the team culture is great and everyone is so understanding. I love this company
