Pros

– You’ll learn things quickly because you have no other choice.

Cons

– Communication is all over the place. You’re told one thing, then blamed later for not doing something they never mentioned. – The unpaid first month feels like a trick. They keep delaying stipend discussions with new excuses every week. – The company runs almost entirely on interns. Only two permanent employees, and interns do most of the actual work. – They change expectations anytime they want. UI refinement suddenly becomes a full redesign. Then you’re asked to take interviews like an HR assistant. – Rules appear only when you ask for something. Leave policies suddenly pop up out of nowhere. – Their campus hiring strategy feels misleading. Big package range advertised, tough test, no one selected, and students are later offered unpaid work. – You have to use your own laptop and equipment for everything. – No proper structure or guidance, just constant pressure to figure things out alone.

Pros

- Office's vibe is nice . - Office location is great . - Good for interns . - If you get to work on Ai or Flutter then it's ok . - Apply only if you are a college student . - Parking allowance will be covered up by the company .

Cons

-No career growth . - No work-life balance .(also get ready to work on Sundays) - you'll need to work on old technologies like PHP (CI4). - 6 days working . - You'll need to extend office working hours on regular basis. - there's no difference between an employee and an intern (the amount of work they put in is the same ) , and your work will not be appreciated no matter what . - package = 12-15k per month (employee) for intern (6k) . - also you'll need to give training in order to touch that 15k figure . - Pathetic management , heavy micro-management . - It's less of an office and more of a training institute .
